Besides STEAM, which has changed quite a bit since I joined it a few decades ago. I use another called Kali. Was Kali95, when I first joined it in 1995, but then I had to pay $20 to join. They call it just plain Kali now. They are advertising now they are giving out free memberships for a limited time. You can check it out here:

I think steam is good enough. Can you change my opinion on this somehow? Is there anything special about Kali?

Unlike Steam, Kali is comprised of mostly older games... Classic titles. For instance, it has Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield Vietnam, but not Battlefield 2, 3 or 4.

I wonder we can get Starsiege: Tribes added to Kali.

Maybe Starsiege, too... Does anyone have Starsiege, by the way? I've always wanted to use the client-side files from Starsiege in Tribes and see what cool stuff I can code with it.

PS: Kali is not compatible with Windows 8... I just tried it in with every compatibility mode and couldn't get it to install.

Well damn... I didn't see it because the game is actually called Starsiege: Tribes, so I was looking at the games that start with the letter S.

Hmm...wasn't aware of it not being compatible with Windows 8. Haven't tried it yet on my new system, interesting.

I'm running Windows 8... its installed.

Its just a server list. Only gives games you currently have installed on your machine.
