i roll my own cigs. 19 bucks for 3 cartons including tubes. i smoke less because i have to roll them but i still weeze. i was thinking about starting that e-cig but i didnt know if you still got the same effect from them. let me know in a week how it is after a while.

I've been on them for a month, you get the nicotine like cig's, but it's not exactly the same a cig's. I dont miss them though. and I was a 1 1/2 pack a day smoker.

I use 21st century ciggs, you can get them at most gas stations. I will have to look up the place where I bought the re fill juice. if you want to learn to refill them, just look on facebook. there's at least 50 vids in it.

here's the link for you to get everything. it's a lot cheaper than buying it at the gas station. I ordered some stuff from these guys and it came in 12 days.

you will need at least two battery's and a few extra refill cartridges and a charger.

by the way, dont sign up for the free e ciggs advertised on this web site. it is not there brand and you will get raped by these other guys. they sign you up for the refill program and charge you 99.00 a month. ( vapor 2012 ) is the rip off

and these guys dont charge for shipping. one bottle will last you about a month. but it takes two weeks to get it so I would get two at a time.

this could do it for you. it worked great for me and I wasnt trying to quit. I just wanted to have a smoke in my sons house when I visit him for a week or two. this was the only thing he didnt complain about. now i dont even buy cig's
