My phone's rear camera lens is broken, and therefor, I assume my phone is not waterproof, so I wouldn't dare bring it close to a hot tub full of drunk people and attempt to take selfies. Plus, it was dark, and the selfie camera doesn't have flash.

I just bought one of these from a pawn shop. Had to get the charger from Amazon, but still a great deal.

Now I just need a party like that one to go to....

I need every portable piece of technology I own to be rugged and waterproof.

I know they make waterproof camcorders in that style, but I think I would prefer a helmet cam like the contour HD.
