WE DONT NEED TO USE HAPPY MOD or any variants of them...

If you have HM, please remove it. if you dont, I guess all we can do is take your word for it.

Personally, i think they should just be kicked each time they are caught... some ppl would finally take a hint.

That would atleast save the player base a little more than just ban on first sight..
