Why do you think you would make a good admin:
The BR has been a place of refuge for many, but at times there can be a disruptive player present without anyone in authority to police the servers. I've managed large community servers in the past. I know what's expected of players to maintain their civility and what's expected of admins to maintain their integrity.

Some of the current admins need to stop smurfing and hiding from trouble, I mean isn't YOUR job to make it a better place? But instead some of the current admins hide and want to play in peace. I say clear the whole admin list and start over, this time with "graveyard admins" and ones that will not smurf and hide from drama.

P.S. I've heard admins say that they smurf to hide from drama and such.

This is how a real tribesman faces their problems. Head on. Good post man. Also not to mention that some of the admins idea of "drama" is just people discussing actual problems. Or just making general discussion anyway. In reality we're just trying to talk to each other about what can be done about the actual current state of tribes related affairs.

Again death, I don't personally call it drama. That's what some of the admins are calling it so they don't have to deal with it. Gives them a reason to give the cold shoulder to any problems that might pertain to them. You should have been able to figure that out yourself, but I felt the need to clarify because you're acting like a complete dick head to me now.
