So I've been thinking about it and I would like to set up a water cooler inside my case. I've looked at a few tutorials and it looks easy. So heres my question:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07175CYWL/ref=emc_b_5_i

Will this be able to fit my case? Also do I need to buy a seperate radiator. It doesn't look like this package comes with one but i could be mistaken. I would like my shit to light up. (If I knew they had RAM sticks that light up I would have def gotten them.

Also another question.... Do I need a 30pin connection or a 40pin connection? Or does it matter?

I plan to put them on the top of my case for now so its shooting directly down at my graphics card etc and eventually maybe get 2 more in the front. But for right now im gonna move 1 fan to the front along with the other fan then get the dual fans with liquid cooling sytem. Im guessing I will need to go into the System Uitility tool for my Mobo and set up which fans to run etc. Any help on this project would be greatly appreciated.

Epic fail. You don't listen very well. :fpalm:

That fits on an AMD AM4 socket.
It WON'T fit on your Intel LGA 1151 socket.

This one fits, and is $10 cheaper.
$69.99 - Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite ML240L RGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler, Sleeved FEP Tubing, Dual 120mm RGB Air Balance MF, RGB Software compatible, Dual Dissipation Technology ,

Now you're gonna hafta build a 3rd computer with an amd processor. :trolol:

.... Yes it will Perri I just put it on PC part picker it will fit. You think I would make the same mistake twice ? lol

Compatible Sockets: Intel LGA 115x, 1366, 2011, 2011-3, 2066 and AMD FM1, FM2, AM2, AM3, AM4, TR4

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZfZngw

Someone must be tired this morning lol

And actually I think the first one I posted will fit as well:
Support AMD AM4/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2/FM2+/FM2/FM1 and Intel LGA20XX/LGA1366/LGA115X

But I ended up getting this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JWB5BSN/re ... UTF8&psc=1

Not the first one I posted. I went balls to the walls

Oh, i didn't realize the x in LGA 115x was a wild card.

Yes, i was quite tired, and annoyed that you bought that against my advice, lol.

It's still $10 more than the one i posted.

Well I thought I got this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JWB5BSN/re ... B074N13ZRR

But I ended up going the cheaper route I guess last night I was fucked up and ordered https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HN ... UTF8&psc=1

Still a fit but just a little cheaper. Hopefully it works well. I'm thinking it will.

BTW I've put like 3 parts on Credit so far through Affirm it really is a good program if you are lookin to up your credit score and get some nice hardware in the process.
