Where are all the [df] crew?

So any ideas to stop my character jumping up n down. Impossible to play

found ski.cs - what do I have to do with that?

found an unhappyjump.dll and renamed to unhappyjump.dlloff but that didnt do anything..!

someone suggested a ski or happy jump? I can see an unhappy dll in the folder but not a ski script?

I can see autoexec.cs but what should I be looking for, a ski script?
