Tribes Downloads (Need Your Help)

I downloaded it. Have to get over this permissions issue that I'm having with the .msi generator program but a solid download page with installers (that everyone can use on their own websites as well) will be helpful.

Possible tribes builds:
Map Maker Config
Mod Maker Config
Skin Make Config

Then the Regular ones:
1.40.655_SP1_OC3 Config (Already Made)
1.40 HQ (crows? can possibly just make a whole list of HQ installer packs)
1.11 For Win 98-Win 7 (just needs to be packed into a .msi)
1.31 LT + DoX for Win 98-Win7

& the windows 8 version that took me half an hour to download

do you want to set this up how you think will be best and then upload it as a .zip? I can make an installer out of it. if not ill figure it out
