Question STU, have you listened to it yet? How does it sound? I actually still have an old JVC record, reel to reel, 8 track, and radio player, and a portable record player including many records, reel to reels, and 8 tracks. All still working. Of course the sound isn't as pure and clean as a CD or any digital music

I don't have a turntable anymore so I haven't heard it, nor can I promise anything as to it's condition.
I'll bet it hasn't been played much though..

heh that's because you were listening to old vinyls on old gramophone, you should listen to music ripped from new vinyls with pro audio equipment. now that music has some serious quality 24bits/96kHz or 24/192 and more
