Actually logging tends to lag the server a bit. So no I won't be logging. Hell I might just use it to host tribes files or play tribes in general.

I plan on hosting small 10 player server and maybe a doom gzl server. I'll be using Comcast xfinity. Not a big fan of them due to their shitty customer support and field support.

So I ran into a speed bump. I don't have any vga cables and there are no pci e slots.... Looks like I'll have to use vga? I even tried to use some of my older cards and those don't fit there either. Any help or info would be useful.

They do make cable adapters for video cards.

Agp is the slot on the motherboard that the video card fits in. It outputs dvi, serial, and vga, but not hdmi, if I recall.

It's an older card, and was pulled from a computer that was short circuited, so I don't know if it works.

If you have a PCIe slot, I won't bother sending this old ass, potentially defective card. But if AGP or regular PCI is your only option, might as well give a free card a chance before wasting your money.
