I wanna set a date and time but we still need more players or its just gonna be 4 vs 4 or something.

Just pick a date that seems far enough away that you have adequate time to contact people, and then the people who are on board can plan on being there then... maybe like October or November sometime?

3 weeks could be better, but i wanna see if everybody is ok with tht first, the plan is to pick a date and time tht everybody loves

I have every morning, but only 1-2 evenings off for the next couple weeks.

After the newport boat show (9/13-9/16), my schedule might flip upside down. I'll work more mornings and less evenings.

October 1- Christmas, I'll be working every day during daylight unless the weather is dangerous.

I have an unpaid vacation from Christmas break through the first week of March. I do intend to do some traveling during this time. A portion of this time will be spent in Florida.

Most importantly, i won't have decent internet access until mid October.
