This is perspectives for firefox. It blocks companies from sharing your user data with other companies. Meaning it stops them from selling your user data from facebook and many many sites. It also stops people from tracking you.

I don't notice any speed cut whatsoever. But then again I'm using verizon fois.

Edit: I only use the proxy if I'm using a magnet link from TPB.sx
