I was trying to join Arena today and I couldn't?
Do anyone knows?

I usually go and play there and I have never had any problems..
can any one please explain or tell me what i am doing wrong ?

it was probably because winners mode was turned on. got to make sure when u go to tab > arena > manage > disable winners not on.

small bug that will be fixed next patch. it doesn't get reset on map change.
