Well for me my Boss held my pay for like 3 months... and finally paid up late night Christmas eve. Just means I couldn't buy my family any presents for Christmas Day =\
On another note he said he'd raise my pay starting 4 weeks back but didn't, yet earlier in the year he felt he had to lower it to the bare minimum limit without formally telling me. Blames it on business being slow yet rocked up in a nice new car the other week. Lol
Its all... experience.
