Re: what's your favorite retro game??
LOL...well this is going to give away my age, but mine started with Atari 2600:
Pac-Man
Space Invaders
Asteroids
3-D Tic-Tac-Toe
Adventure
Air-Sea Battle
Battlezone
Berzerk
Centipede
Bowling
Defender
Combat
Dig Dug
E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial
Haunted House
Football
Golf
Home Run
Joust
Mario Bros.
Missile Command
Outlaw
Phoenix
Pole Position
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Solaris
Swordquest Series
Yar's Revenge
Then the Intellivision came out and it was :
Pac-Man
Dungeon and Dragons Series
Atlantis
Burger Time
Centipede
Commando
Donkey Kong
Dig Dug
Defender
Frogger
Golf
Pitfall
Q-bert
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
Tron: Deadly Discs
Tron: Maze-A-Tron
Any Sports Game
Then the Colecovision came out:
It pretty much copied all the games that Atari and Intellivision had due to Coleco already making games for their consoles, so I purchased the same names and a few others that the other consoles didn't have. From there I never purchased an Atari 5200 or Nintendo, due to my friends already having them and I used theirs and they used what I already had when we got together on the weekends or on school vacations. The only other console I had back during this time was a Sega Genesis/Cartridges, and I didn't keep up with the games with this console, due to costs. I only had under 10 games with it when I started getting into computers at the time and it's programming languages. The only other console I purchased was an Xbox when I was in Coudersport, PA to keep myself entertained with it's games and also with it's usage to stream movies with it's pre-paid services from Microsoft. Everything else I do is on computers from Windows, IOS, Linux, etc.

PC: Tribes, DOOM, Age of Empires
Ps2: Silent Hill 2. Silent Hil 3, Silent Hill Origins, Silent Hill Shattered Memories, Resident Evil Code Veronica X, Xenosaga trilogy, Devil May Cry 1
