Who is willing to travel?
Who has access to a large enough venue?
I think the largest population of active Tribes players is near Houston, Texas, USA.
Unless you count all of fish's personalities individually.

If you are going to have a tribes meet up you might as well meet where something else is already happening like a game convention or something.
