Id get an older pc for the sole purpose of running games from the ps2 era. I doubt he'd be interested in that, but a decent windows XP computer can still rock games like Grandtheft auto 3 - san andreas, Manhunt 1 and 2 (mind you, you can also get these games for free) Max Payne 1 and 2, theres plenty of options for games for an old pc! Lets not forget Brutal Doom
