Anyone seen this movie yet it's pretty good

Nope, but it looks very entertaining, albeit far fetched.

You'd need more than just a chip to fix a quad. You'd need to essentially replace the nervous system. Muscle stimulators, eeg sensors and something like a microsoft kinect camera system wired to a controller that included a chip and a battery would do the trick.

I imagine a functional system could be wired into a spandex jumpsuit. I've even read about wires that create electrical current when bent, so if the jumpsuit were woven out of such a material, you might not even need batteries. Just capacitors.

On the other hand, the sensors and muscle stimulators might slide off of their intended nerves, thus perhaps the wires should be embedded in the patient's skin. Maybe it would look like a bad ass circuitry full body tattoo. Or maybe the wires simply need to bridge the gap between the brain and the spinal column. Then you wouldn't need a chip at all.

Not yet, I wanna see it. I'll check it out, looks kinda cool, I wonder if it'll be like one of those movies where he has to fight some bad ass dude at the end who has a better chip in him at the end of the movie. if it's that I'm rioting

You know darned well he's either gotta fight another dude with a chip, or his own chip.

I bet by the end of the movie, he regains control of his body and fries or hacks the chip.
