Extract the files in the .zip to base/missions folder.

It's weird that you wouldn't have that map its an old Open Call map so anyone with 1.8+ should have it. See if that works though.

Try again I forgot the .vol in 1.4 the .vol is packed into a different file for some ungodly reason.

I think that's part of the Balanced or Open Call map pack.
