I'm usually the one disabling gens but if a teammate does it I'm notified of it with red font in my chathud. I will usually check enemy gen status based on who is going offense. I'll click on a teammate and TeamView them (T.V) this is a default ability in tribes everyone can do it. So I'll TV someone going O and check out the damages. This also gives me insight on who's still inside the base getting killed and who's on the outside trying to be the hero.
Remember kids, don't be a hero.
Another way to know if their power is still down; they will typically spawn in warrior armor. So if you see people using rocket launchers or flame throwers in spawn armor it typically means their power is down and they picked up weapons.
By the way, No one in their right mind actually tries to win a AnnihilationCTF match with just warrior. Its asinine and everyone is making fun of you when you do it.
