Your own screenshot shows he was on Team 1. You can't join a team without spawning.
It also doesn't answer the question of how I was unable to vote but Jerry was...

Alright. I'll explain this in detail since you're obviously not getting this through your thick head...

When you join the game, it auto-teams you. Correct? So when you join the server you join on Team 1 or Team 2.
The game does not force you to auto-spawn. Following me so far?
Thus, if you don't spawn after joining the server, there is your glitch. It's a simple fix. Just force people to spawn upon entering.

You can even try this yourself Stu. Go join the server, don't spawn and try to vote on yourself.

You're correct and I now realize my mistake.
However, if you had read my post the first time I made that error, you could have corrected me without insulting my reading ability.
Now you've also added more unnecessary personal insults about my "thick head" and being an "asshat".
