You can.. but just like in the pub server when it gets voted on and passed, if it's not 5vs5 or higher the server reverts back to no base rape mode. It overrides any vote or admin action.

hmmm, i remember this brought up before and i thought the admin action could fix it. But if not we will just add that to the list of things

Maybe BattleCube should be the default Arena map, (instead of having to vote on it) since it's the only map anyone plays anyway.
