So I'll keep this short. Tomato was causing a lot of problems on the server today, and we really couldn't get rid of him. I would have loved to have been able to kick him myself, but I don't have the ability.

What does one have to do in order to obtain public admin status?

Nah think about it. Server population would instantly increase over night due to the sheer number of people trying to run games on me to get me de-admined. It is perfect plan to increase numbers.
