More admin functions would help along with punishments for bking and vote avoiding. Also instead of kicking him I have a function that would freeze his tribes slowing him down a bit.

I saw Angelmaker today in Br
he did spam the vote repeatedly..
he tried to kick me and m3rcn4ry serveral time, (the reason was offense angelmaker's team base until angelmaker finished the D)
and in last vote he kicked by someone's mistake.
