If you really have been playing around 8 years, you would know to use happy mod on ultra ren and how to boost & brake. None of which I've ever seen you do.

I think you just started the URVX scene when I took a few years break from Tribes. I vaguely remember playing you. Nearly everyone used HM openly in URVX at that point. You might remember me as +]-[+DaRkJeStEr, *{USA}*MinNeSoTa, or =PC=DaRk, depending on the age. Early VX3+ I played for [KGB] and {NOC}, but I don't think we played much. Unless you were using a different name that S_hift{OZ} at that point.

That's because he's not as social as me he likes to play and then gets off when he gets bored... He's a different kind of player and he's always coming up with new names: ironkil,ironkilr,ironkrok,kilrkroc,ironman, etc they either have iron or krok I don't know why.

yep, that was me back when Blaze{OZ} and Wiseman{OZ} were training me in anni. They were using ultra ren as a reference or how to guide and teach me to snipe faster and move better. Thats when I first started. I remember blaze played as =PC=Blaze or EC i forget one of those... I didn't have fun in ultra ren until I joined LongShots and Tango trained me a bit more.

I'm still against the whole happy mod witch hunt, but there are some people who just can't play without it. Sadly I have joined the witch hunt periodically, but I'm over it now and I realize its stupid because no one will do anything about it anyway. Sadly it was also the reason why I used hm for so long, because I was taught that it was the way to play and that it was the correct way to play. I also assumed that either everyone used it. Especially the people who had radar hud, I always thought they used it and just hide it well.

In a nutshell, its only cheating if you're the only one doing it. If you're the only one using hm, then you are cheating. If you're the only one using net settings, then maybe you're cheating. However, as far as I know everyone is using net settings because 80% of the server uses 1.40 and 1.40 has built in ping accommodation. This is why net settings have become openly accepted to the tribes community. I will make another post here for further understanding of these net settings.

I know it doesn't seem like cheating because yes you do it like everyone else but what happens if you don't use HappyMod<- me then what you feel wimpy because you don't have it and belive the way to finish a game is skill not HAPPYMOD.
