Death adds maps at times that cause the least interruption of current games. If there's a significant amount of players at his scheduled time he postpones it until a later date. He's been very reliable at this task.

yup when he adds maps, it lags the server considerably, so he waits when there are few players and the lag will not be very noticeable.
