You seem to confuse getting rid of Mogroth, with monitoring him. We can't get rid of him, so we have to pretty much just be on a constant watch.
And no offense, I don't trust you to read IP's or distinguish smurfs from non-smurfs.

Well maybe I should be tested then huh and By get rid I mean ban every time he gets on.

Kicking does the same thing as banning in Morgoth's case. Without removing any potential players from his IP range. If we ban him everytime he changes IP address, we'll ban a lot of people. Rather monitor him in the server like some kind of honey pot or just attempt to annoy the hell out of him.

I noticed that when you get banned from some forums and try to use a proxy then the forum will recognize the proxy and not allow you to register. I wonder if Morgoth is using cheap proxies, and if he is, perhaps a script can be invented to detect incoming cheap proxies and not allow them in? Those proxies are bad for people's pings, and few legit players would ever use anything like that, they would just connect normally with their real IP.

No.
Either way, we'll have more people to monitor soon enough. Just sucks trying to cover those awkward periods where no admins are on.

I don't see why admin isn't handed out like candy. Surely enough adults must play where we can find people who can handle these processes without getting personally involved. Worst case scenario they go crazy for a couple hours, but that's almost less powerful than a BK run.

Sorry, but I don't trust even half of you to not go kick or ban crazy. I see shit like that happen all the time.
Edit: Besides, we have a bunch of admins; we're just all on at the same time sadly.

Well, that doesn't address the toxic problem, which is bound to get worse as summer is here and Molgroth is bound to be brooding in the home of his mother, sporting his new found ability to grow a neck beard. That can ruin gameplay for hours. Who knows, it could be happening now and we wouldn't know it unless we've just been playing. To lack trust and act sufficient is something he is capitalizing on well... the criminal capitalizes on indifference.
