I don't really see any point to it, anymore. Back when Tribes was popular, you needed to be in a clan to control the votes, just so you didn't get kicked by noobs and trolls.

Now that the game is ancient, and every other player is an admin, clans are sort of obsolete.

At this point, the only reason I still wear a tag is because I'm too lazy to take it off.
