Actually idk if Beavis publically stating Fish would be getting Untouchable status, and that it was a done-deal, counts as a 'rumor' or not. My memory isn't clear because I'm not sure if he started publicly cupping Fish's balls before or after that

What I'm objecting to is the RL threats and rolo's admin abuse when the votes didn't pass.

Also if the admin deems that person as a distraction to the game, its his right to mute him.

My point is that it's not always wise to accept what an administrator deems is "a distraction to the game" to be enough reason to take administrative action. This is a grey area that needs to be more accurately defined.

I don't know where this admin abuse because votes didn't pass is coming from. I came back from afk'ing and saw Fish in server so just kicked him without hesitation...I mean why waste time on a vote when I can get instant gratification lmao. My issue isn't really with Fish anymore since he's a giant bag of fucking pathetic from so many different angles it's hard to keep track of. My isssue is now with you admins who in your immense wisdom think it is in some shape or form in the best interests of the server to let him do his thing, basically enabling his trolling bullshit at the expense of everyone else's enjoyment.

I swear if I have to listen to you bring up your previous treatment from Bos'dad Stu I'm going to just write you off as a rape victim who suffers from PTSD. As I told Beavis it's not my server so run it as you guys please. As far as me.. You cannot compare your abuse to fish's.

You were muted for caps lock, and banned by a known admin abuser who banned entire clans when one member shot him.

Fish is constantly unanimously voted against by non-admins.

He cries to admins for help, and behaves in their presence, but his right back to trolling as soon as you leave.

His trolling isn't limited to chat. If you ignore him, he chases you around with local sounds, pitchforks you, base kills, prevents you from capping, etc...

Very similar behavior to tomato and morgoth.

The difference between them is fish is easy to ban.
The funny thing about banning tomato is that fish is in tomato's range. You can kill two birds with one boulder.
Morgoth on the other hand, uses proxies, or hotspots to evade bans.

But all three act the same, and deserve to be banned, or at the very least, trolled in retaliation.

The difference is that they deserve it, and you did not.

Also, I'd like to point out that I used to think like you, Stu. I gave fish untouchable on my server. The next day, I read the server logs and banned him.

You have to pay attention to what he does when you aren't there.
