I swear my internet posts don't make it to the internet most of the time.

All we need to do is REAL LIFE RECRUITING. Sorry for goin S']['u there, but hear me out...

If our community were to recruit just one family member/friend/coworker, our community would double in size. Simple as that. Shit, just in the last week I got two of my cousins to try out and start playing Tribes. This is proof positive that it's feasible to do real life recruiting. I just think most people don't want to do it because they don't want to put themselves out there like that. But even getting one person who wouldn't normally play, to play, is easy in itself.

Just recruit your real life contacts and we could double our player base!

You all need to aid people like me and BlackSheep in our efforts to further Tribes' livelihood. Every person who contributes just a fraction of their time, even doing simple things like inviting ppl to our campaign pages/websites, makes it easier for us. Not only that, it's makes it more likely that we will still be pwnin' noobs in 2020.

This is why I made the Tribes 1 Invitation group on facebook( https://www.facebook.com/groups/Tribes1Invitation/ ), cuz what community is larger than the worlds' largest social network? Literally millions of people with nothing better to do than sit in front of their computers...

p.s. Meatspin Bob, we need to keep up our efforts with Revive Tribes campaign as well as my facebook group, because I think we'll catch a big break this fall when school starts back up. Don't lose hope, I know I started my campaign for a reason. And you're a very intelligent guy, so I know you did too.

Isso é uma boa ideia, mas tinha que ter outros meio de publicidade de tribos para atrair uma grande quantidade de jogadores

you'd have better luck investing time and money into a time machine than rebuilding tribes one.

the only reason tribes keep falling is because we all gathered into annihilation from other mods over the years and maybe, maybe not.. but some of us were considered "leaders" and now we are in one group, that can type fancy as fuck, come up with the best ideas to save a community, come up with good strategies to teach the noobs. then turn around and not take anyones advice, and when advice is not taken, we just go make a new mod and tell people to go to it. then we admin abuse. and when we get admin abused, we just make a new server and tell everyone to go to it. then we just degrade and harass one another, then we just make a new forum and clan and tell you go register and apply and maybe you will get the spot ;) then we schedule friendly matches, then flame each other when they happen, so we just make a new date to play and then never show up. then we say hey "lets make it noob friendly and make base rape only happen when it's 5vs5, then turn around and spawn rush the noobs and cap on them until they rage quit.

Most of all who remain on Tribes forums, are 10+ year veterans.
Most of all who reain on Tribes, are 5+ year veterans.

It's not like we actually get new players anymore. Because when we do, we ban the fuck out of them when they are trying to learn what the fuck the pitchfork actually does, because it sure as shit don't kill anyone.

:fpalm:
We were also in school in the 90s. A time when all that mattered in life was atleast a c average and a full 40 hours a week on Tribes.
