Attack on Titan is such a good anime I really hope they make the second season cause the story line is just getting started the manga is pretty far ahead of season 1 of the show. Also here's a small list of my favorite anime.

Gurren Lagann(2 seasons long And finished)
One Piece(currently running anime and has been for 15 years made by same guy as DBZ also has currently 655 episodes)
Kill la kill(same creators as gurren Lagann(26 episodes long)
Magi:Labyrinth of Magic(current running anime on second season)
Death Note(darker more mature anime)
Elfen lied(another dark and mature anime)
No game no life(great anime about an alternate world with laws based off games currently only 1 season done)
