That's funny. I was attending a course where we used wooden swords called booken to practice our skills. It is a hard workout actually. Sadly, my rotator cuffs are too worn out from my years doing wrestling and it started to hurt me so I had to stop.

To be honest though that sword I'm holding is very heavy. You would need to be a stout guy to carry that thing around all day. I just wanted to buy it because it's awesome.
