Not only that but keeping crap in your RB will slow your system down over time. My advice delete anything each time your on. Its became a habit of mine that is normal to me. Idk don't take my word for it just try and you will know.

I've been a habitual Recycle Bin emptying user since Win95's garbage can. But since I got this laptop with Windows 8, I apparently haven't paid it 0 attention. I don't download porn on my comp, that's what smartphones are for silly. I have no idea what the bulk of the deleted items were, retrospectively thinking I probably should have peeked to make sure nothing important got deleted.

I have no idea exactly how long it took to empty my bin, I just clicked 'empty Recycle Bin' and walked away. After being left alone for about 4 hours I came back to a machine with 24,000 less files and it's working like new. I'm such a fucking noob sometimes.
