im running ubuntu 11.10 and tribes 1.40 wont unzip on it. if anyone can help it would be great and everytime i go into br in 1.11 its like it crashes the server or it kicks me???

like i said i dont think there was ever a release for changing shit over to be able to run in linux. At least not that i have seen. The best think for you is to go to www.annihilation.info and post there to find out.
