Spasm

So, a few minutes ago, my left tricep started to spasm... It's not painful, just feels like I've got a shiatsu masseuse concentrating on that one muscle... But it's powerful and rhythmic enough to shake my my eyes which makes it difficult to concentrate on my computer screen.

Wut do?

Probably potassium deficiency, you probably ate a lot of sodium the past few days(or chronically)
