1) I think it'd be cool to have the option of 'handing over' the ownership of your turrets to a team mate. It would be helpful if someone who set critical D was going into obs or dropping entirely. This personal handing over would make it so someone able to upkeep the turrets would more likely be chosen than someone who isn't into the whole builder-scene.
2) A pitchfork-able jump pad, able to be moved around and welded like regular deployables that can be manipulated with the pitchfork.

1) I think the first idea should be automated. It really doesn't matter who owns them, as long as it's a teammate. The only benefit to picking an owner is picking who gets points for the kills.
2) Jump pad was pitchfork able once before, but the way it's coded prevented it from working properly after being moved, so it was made unforkable, once again, instead of rewriting the whole jump pad script.
3) That would be a client-side modification.
