Hey Death do you think you can fix the repair kit throwing issue please? It happens constantly. Thanks!

He's working on it.

What exactly is the issue?

Is it throwing kits the instant you pick them up?
Is it throwing kits automatically, when you look at something broken?
Is it throwing kits when you get damaged, but aren't looking at something damaged?
Is it not throwing in the right direction?

I haven't played in forever, because I noticed my computer's power brick was super hot, and heating my whole room to an uncomfortably sweaty level.

Plus I've been really busy with my jobs, new boat, and car troubles.

It throws them when you are far away from anything deployable and you are damaged. At first I assumed the range was too large, so if you were inadvertently aiming at a damaged item from far away, it would throw your kit. I've tested it a bit and that doesn't necessarily seem to be the case. It'll still throw it if you're aiming at nothing at all (I tried it while aiming into the sky, down at the ground, or off outside of the map boundaries).

Ok, we probably need an exclamation mark in front of gamebase::getLOSinfo, or need to remove an exclamation mark from there.

Do you have a checkbox in your config that says, "Auto use repair kits", and is it checked?

That, plus a faulty server-side deploy check, would explain everything.

Posted a small patch last night.
Changed the one second delay before a deployable inventory (builder beacon) starts its deploy animation to 0.1
// removed a lot of unused projectiles from baseprojdata
Changed the server name back to Brazil Br Annihilation Servidor <!> ReV| & {OZ} Clans
Repair kit drops seem to happen after you have used one to repair an object and then get another kit either from a station or by respawn. They should be fixed with the next patch.

Yeah, the problem was I forgot to clear the LOS variables before testing if the object you were looking at was damaged and friendly.

I've fixed it in the drop box.

Updated last night.
Added Mortar triggers. Mortars will now explode when they come close to players and can also be shot down. All credit to Plasmatic and his Vengeance 2004 mod.

Team1 and Team2 names changed to Coke and Pepsi
