I never really go to the gym just hard work at home. Pushups, pull-ups, dips, and of course I will do the max out on the bench every now and then. As far as diet goes I never really have stuck with a diet. Mcdonalds, Chick-fil-a, church's chicken are some of the places i frequent on the regular. I dont know just good genes I guess. I am definitely thankful for that. I know it is much harder for some people.
