Re: Post your PC Setup, and clientside scripts/mods you use
I just bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 running Windows 10 and a Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition.
The computer I use most for Tribes is an ASUS ET2400XVT All-in-One, 24" touchscreen, core i7, nVidia Geforce GTX 460M, 1TB HDD, 16GB RAM, running Windows 10.
I also have a custom rig plugged into the tv in the living room, which is the most powerful. It has similar specs to the ASUS, except the desktop versions. So the big difference is the dedicated video memory, and lack of a touch screen. Also, it has a 128GB SSD in addition to a 2TB HDD, so it boots up as fast as the surface, while still being capable of storing more than twice the data as the all-in-one. Oh, and all of that is crammed into a mini ITX form factor!
Currently, the only thing slowing me down (besides work) is my unreliable internet connection (Cox cable) and the lack of good gaming input devices. I have a nice gaming keyboard, but all of my mice are either wireless or came with a computer, or both.
As far as my config is concerned... I use Crow's 1.41 HD config, with annihilation weapon hud, and two custom scripts I wrote... LitterBug is my dropper script, which repeatedly buys and drops whatever I double click on, in the inventory menu. AutoLogin replies to the server's demand that I login, with my password.

My first rig for Tribes:
PII 233 mhz
128 Mb 133 Mhz SDRAM
4 Gb 4200 rpm hdd
4 Mb onboard video
Windows 95
Could your rig even run Windows 95 Twilight?
My current rig:
1.7 Ghz i7 740m
8 Gb 1333 DDR3
1 Gb Nvidia Geforce 230m
750 Gb Seagate Hybrid HDD
Windows 10
Like Perrin, I'm running a customly modified version of Crows HD config.

You spent thousands on a laptop that never sits on your lap... LOL
I bought an MSI gaming laptop, once... It was a cheep piece of crap. I should not have bought it.
I like that keyboard, though... Perfect for DJing on a gay pride parade float.

Actually the keyboard changes colors, it's blue at this moment, or I can light up half of one side or the other. As for a working computer, I've had no issue's with it, works better than my Pro XP Ultra Wide SCSI II with Raid Tower setup that I built from scratch for a little over $3K. And it does leave it's spot and travel with myself. I use it for pretty much everything, even work, testing out Transport lines from a T1 to T3 hard line to all your optical lines: OC3, OC12, OC48, and OC192 optical rings, but when at it's station, I use it to monitor my employees works and make sure they are on top of keeping the World's Communications UP!
