I played yesterday... However, I forgot to set up my player profile, so I had the default name, "Tribes Player", or something like that.

I capped the flag a bunch of times.
I accidentally spammed 5150 sound pack, which I normally uninstall from the configs I use.
I got shredded by someone with a minigun. (I assume it was eat lead)
And I realized that the Microsoft Surface Pro 2's 10" 1080p display is too small for me to read the chat or name tags, in HD.

I'm going to have to find another config, with a large print font, for blind people, or something.

Also, there were artifacts on the screen, as if Windows was occasionally trying to display a program's title bar, in random places...

Yeah I pop in from time to time but never say anything. I'm pretty disappointed with what hi-rez did with ascend on its last update. I might want to get back into T1 if there's still a following.
