You know what really grinds my gears?
Turk D.
This does nothing to stop attackers, if anything it makes it easier for them
This is a great way to cause congestion at the invo, just place it against the wall and throw some FFs over it
smfh, this is something tomato would have loved to have thought of.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Teach them in game! But really its not that big a deal. Only if they use up all the mobile invos and jumpads and laser turrets. Some people prefer to only stick around base and use turrets. It's what makes tribes great
Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
that last screen cap the best!! that's my personal D for scarebrae. i call it, the zig zag....
good how to erowid!!

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Good shit. The four flame turrets right next to eachother out in the open would've been fun to destroy with a single rocket. You'd think people would learn after seeing effective D around them. Lasers and vortexes covered by walls or platforms. Throw a platform over the flag. A motion sensor and maybe a flame or two covered by crates on inside flag levels that are necro prone (scarabae and broadside). That's really all you need.

Oh this is great! Now all of us can master the great art of Turk D. Just what ive needed
Re: You know what really grinds my gears?
Just remember, if it's difficult for you to get past your own D, it must be harder for the enemy, who didn't deploy it.
Also, if an enemy rearranges your defenses using pitchfork, they're probably making it better. Watch where they put it, and deploy it there, next time...
For instance, you put a blastwall in the entrance to keep them out, but it keeps you in... Right? The enemy knows how annoying this is, so they'll move that wall, and put it right in front of your teammate's turrets, giving them extra protection... Next time, just deploy it in front of your teammate's turrets, in the first place!
