boat house, very nice. a friend of mine use to have a boat house near the coast of texas. we went to it most summers to ride boats, dirt bikes, and various girls at the time. lots of fun can be had a boat house my friend. :D

deep sea fishing pretty fun too.

I hate fish, but how about tubing or water skiing?

I won't be able to deliver my boat down there until I buy a truck, and I don't intend to do that any time soon.

But when I do, I'll definitely get in touch with you about that.

I've never been to Disney, either... Sounds fun, for kids.
