Damn, just after I typed that it started raining again. Crow had a few more inches of rain this weekend, which made the water rise another few feet, and the spillways can't keep up with the overflow. With what I'm getting now, either it just left him earlier, or it's on it's way again

EDIT: To fix spelling, only had 2 hrs. of sleep last night due to all the outages this weekend.
