Tribes 1.40 makes my VGA loudly.

I changed my vga to gtx970 few months ago. and it makes high pitched sounds when it run tribes 1.40

I heard that it's because of Vsync, so i turned it on in Nvidia control panel.

It worked but causes mouse lag wtf!!!
