bitch bitch bitch

Unfortunately, neither will anyone on your team, so don't do this.
Also, the limit only applies to deployable ships. There is no limit on vehicles spawned on airbases or airpads, so don't waste your time.

Due to noob coding on the scouts and intercepters, they have only 2 speeds: Very fast and standing still. (This is because the acceleration rate is set way too high)
In order to shoot at a stationary target accurately they have to hover. This is when they make easy targets (as shown in my video). A ship that's "shooting around" is not much of a threat.
i like the acceleration rate being high. noobs who cant fly can't deal with this.

Look who's talking.
I usually have to clean up your leftovers:
You're the biggest plane noob I know.
You giving advice on how the planes should be programmed is like a fish telling a bird how to fly.
NICE TROLL ...but that is what you do best.

(LOL at Bo killing himself...
...and me making fish think I'm giving him a ride, then pulling away just as he tries to jump in.....CLASSIC! )
I'm much better than you at flying planes stu. I've been hitting people with planes way before you even played the game. You are an amateur compared to me.

If someone is using an interceptor it is because they are adjusting to the threat of heavies on the map. People are sick of walking across the map and getting sniped by that cheap laser, I was anyways, so I decided to suit up in interceptor and just harass them all day. It's very easy to counter, fortunately they never want to leave the cyborg armor class and I capitalize on that fact to harass them again and again. Few are good enough in cyborg to not have to change suits. When I have encountered them, they have usually been very skilled ! players and they had the following features: ability to accurately aim their lasers, ability to adjust weapons to appropriate scenarios, and ability to remain in constant motion.
That being said, it is not necessarily a good use of their time to have to dedicate 100% of their attention surviving and addressing me who is either hot on their tail, or more likely, including them in a harassment cycle, me proactively making intelligent estimates of where they are every 5-10 seconds while I focus on multiple areas of defense.
Really what they should be doing is switching to troll armor with suicide det pack if they are defending their base. This will give them the last ditch attempt at taking out the interceptor, which has to come within det pack range for a certain and fast kill. At the same time that will give you access to the minigun, which is better than the laser, more deadly, and allows you to attack people who are attacking your base, while you are dealing with the interceptor from medium to long range. You also have a number of other options in your arsenal for defensive engagement, with some offensive long range options like mortar if you have a jump pad near by.
This is all with the consideration of your average 30 seconds from inventory, making effective use of your attention and time in proactively responding to the the threat while also addressing other threats, effectively counteracting the interceptor and also being useful at cancelling out the effectiveness of other players beyond the interceptor.
An offensive version of this would be the troll with shield pack, because it travels faster than the interceptor and while the interceptor might find it quickly, it will not like to find it with it's minigun. The troll might be annoyed and find itself dying for the first while, while it tries to understand how to aim and kill the interceptor quickly, but as you become more habituated to aiming then they will fly away quite quickly when you are shooting at them because the damage is too much to handle.
More people should be using troll anyways, they are not being very effective just sitting on the other side of the map and sniping with lasers in a capture the flag based game.

Ghost wrote:I fly the interceptor a lot. What usually kills me are explosives like rockets, OS, and phase. Sometimes the occasional sniper will get me.
None of that stuff ever gets me. I wonder if I've ever been killed by an OS period. Snipers don't often kill me, they do kill me but it is not a very powerful threat. Laser is the biggest threat to me as far as practical players are concerned. My future thought analysis is too predictive of phase for phase to be effective. Grenades tossed really high above me can be effective sometimes. Most of my deaths are from laser turrets, flying too low to ground when attacking or other forms of misadventure. I wish I could say otherwise but no one is willing to use trolls.

As soon as I see you using an OS, I get right up in your face and blast you with the ions. You will never be able to get me with that. It's going to go past me, while I take that as a sign that I can get in close without the danger of phase and just kill you in 2 seconds and go on to find more prey. Honestly I would evaluate its inclusion in your arsenal to begin with. Shotgun may honestly be better than it.
