FYI: S_hift's original files are 44100, 32000 and 22050 Hz 16-bit mono :nod:

(I found this out by opening some in my SoundEdit program that everyone was dissing.)

BTW: If you need to alter the volume on some of your WAV files, this would be the perfect program to do it with.

It took me like 15sec to see they are in OGG Vorbis, Mono, 22.05KHz, 45.1Kbps (Original tribes sounds).
edit: btw, i was talking to Shift, because he wanted 48KHz stereo, and like Stu said they are mostly in 22Khz with some 32 and 44 Mono sounds.
edit2: forgot to tell you you don't even have to convert, because wav works fine.

did not know that about 1.4 right on!

on another note. I don't think mono or stero matters since tribes uses directional sound output and its translated by your hardware. So really the sound is as only good as your hardware
