It's not soon enough.
I sat and observed this guy BK for an entire map and was able to do nothing.
He was smurfing Killroy and no one could tell which one was being voted on, so none of the votes passed.
Owner finally came on and took care of it.

I've had people tell me that I was a first pick for admin, and others have said that Rock and I are tied.
Whatever.
I say if there's a tie, then add both of us.
One extra admin can't hurt anything, so let's just please get this done already.

They should add the max amount of competent mods possible and tell them to do as little as possible. They basically have one purpose, to ban Morgoth and that's it, they aren't allowed to ban anyone else. If you do that you will actually have people around to ban him. A handful of more mods isn't going to be effective, that's optimistically a couple extra hours of coverage per day max. This Morgoth guy is going to be on his computer all day, checking and only acting when he knows he can get away with it. There are gonna be a lot of hours when he is reaking havoc this summer. it's gonna be bad.
